About the event
Takhin is a ground-based horse training initiative designed to empower individuals with neuro-psychiatric conditions to rehabilitate, train, and care for horses as part of therapeutic programs.
- Lunging and long reining to enhance muscle development, rhythm, and balance.
- In-hand work to improve suppleness and trainability.
- Groundwork techniques to encourage a horse to move fluidly, promoting both physical and emotional well-being, thereby allowing the horse to convey its sense of wellness to clients, whether in the saddle or on the ground.
Takhin enables clients to become trainers, transforms horses, and facilitates healing.
